Cave POS: show the sale to your customer

Put a second screen in front of your customer: the items as you scan them, the total, the change and a thank-you. On a second monitor or on a tablet.

Customer display is an add-on included in the POS, Pro and Multi-branch plans. Open Settings, Receipts and devices, then Customer display.
On a second monitor: connect it to the computer, switch on "Show on a second monitor" and pick the monitor (or leave it on automatic). The customer screen opens full screen on it and never takes the keyboard from you. Unplug the monitor and it closes; plug it back and it returns by itself.
With only one monitor, tap "Preview in a window" or "Show a sample sale" to see what your customer will see.
What the customer sees: the items with their pictures, quantities and prices, the subtotal, discount, tax and total; then, while they pay, the amount due, the cash received and the change, or your Whish code; then a thank-you with the receipt number and a code to rate the visit. Costs, stock, other customers and staff are never shown.
Make it yours: choose English or Arabic, light, dark or black, a welcome message in both languages, up to 8 pictures that play behind your logo when nothing is being sold, and a QR code of your shop page.
On a tablet or phone: switch on "Show on a tablet or phone". Open the address shown (or scan its code) on the tablet, on the same Wi-Fi, and type the code. Change the code to disconnect it. If Windows asks, allow Cave POS on private networks.
